Ignite Talks by Erling Amundson

Erling is a Digital Strategist specializing in Experience Design and Social Analytics. His focus is on improving the total user & customer experience. He is currently working on improving user experience through the use of social media tools.

Erling has over eighteen years experience in User Experience Resesearch and Design, designing product user interfaces, conducting field studies, facilitating usability tests, and creating user interface guidelines. He has worked in User Experience at Symantec, Metavante, Great Plains and IBM.

Erling organized a UPA workshop on Strategic Design at UPA 2000. He served as the President of MilwauCHI, a local CHI chapter, for four years. He currently writes an experience design blog at www.amundson.me and can be found on Twitter as XDstrategy.
