Having a Great Time in Bed
Everyone wants to have a great time in bed, making sure that it's satisfying and lasts as long as possible. This talk will describe what I've learned about achieving mindblowing sleep through the help of a suite of personal informatics technologies that help me better understand my sleep patterns and provide me with information that helps me perform like Rip Van Winkle in the bedroom. I'll share what I've learned from using consumer devices to measure my brain-waves at night and activity during the day and correlating those data with observations from my life.
By day, Erik Hofer is a researcher at the University of Michigan School of Information and Digital Media Commons where he works on technologies and practices to help people work together more effectively. By night, he sleeps. Well.
