Pamela Fox got into computers at an early age, and naturally gravitated to Computer Science at university.
But she didn't fit the stereotypes of the CS girl - she likes chick-flicks, and plays Solitaire rather than D&D.
Pamela uses the new CS Barbie as a medium for breaking away from the stereotypes, and teaching young girls they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
Bio:
Pamela Fox is an Ignite Sydney veteran, and works as a developer advocate at Google's Sydney offices, having relocated here from the Mountain View headquarters.
She's an expert on the Google Maps API and the Google Wave API.
