When Sara Wallen asked us if she could “bring a dance partner” we knew that we had the perfect talk to round off Ignite Bristol #1. Sure enough, her talk on her passion, swing dancing, and in particular her favourite the Lindy Hop, was a great way to end our first event.
Bio:
Sara just loves swing dancing. Fancy a go at Collegiate Shag? Sara won't slap you in the face if you ask her - she'll pick out a suitable frock and grab her dancing shoes. She can be found indulging in a bit of Lindy Hop, Balboa or Charleston at the finer dancing venues in and around Bristol, UK, and when she's not doing that, she's writing about it on her blog Bristol Swing Dancers or Twitter.
